History of the tax advisory office

The tax advisory office was founded in 2009 in Frankfurt am Main.

In addition to the preparation of individual income tax returns, corporate tax returns, trade tax and VAT returnsthe office has been providing broadly-based tax advisory services to small and middle-sized companies.

In particular the office has been providing tax services to employees who worked in Germany for a limited time and who remained domiciled outside Germany.

The office has been assisting companies by planning assignments of employees abroad and optimizating tax in respect of double-tax treaties.

Based on non-German annual financial statements the office has been preparing German tax balances and P&L and has been providing various other additional services.
